Forrester Lists LiveArea as a Leading Commerce Service Provider in Now Tech Report

Selecting the right commerce service provider (CSP) is as essential as choosing the right commerce platform, now more than ever. Get both decisions right and you’re golden. But with hundreds of agencies and solution partners ready and waiting to assist companies – or not – with digital transformation how do you choose?

Recently published, Forrester’s Now Tech: Commerce Services, Q4 2020 helps separate the wheat from the chaff. The Now Tech report is designed to help digital businesses understand the value they can expect from CSPs and select vendors based on size and capabilities.

We are pleased that LiveArea is among the CSPs shortlisted by Forrester in the 17-page report, which analyzed 35 commerce service providers that made the cut in North America.

As in the past, we’re proud to be included in the Now Tech report. We value industry and outside validation. But there’s no more powerful testament to our strengths than the new business we continue to win, innovative projects we are delivering, and new services we are going to market with – and, of course, results we see our clients drive. A few highlights:

Commerce Service Providers Defined

Forrester defines commerce service providers as the “orchestrators of the software, data, and strategy.” According to the report, commerce service providers are needed “to deliver great omnichannel commerce experiences. They should offer you skills for commerce transformation as well as assets and alliance partnerships supported by expertise in your industry and channels.”

The report includes an overview of providers, with details on commerce services focus, geography, and vertical market focus. Each firm included in the analysis was assessed across three key capability segments:

  • Commerce strategy
  • Experiences
  • Operations

Moreover, channel expertise, key software partners, and industry focus were factored into the equation.

Inclusion in the Now Tech report is a nice way to wrap up 2020. It also sets the stage for another exciting year of growth and success as we bring the full potential of digital business to life, helping brands create meaningful and lasting customer connections.
