The Shoe Fits: The Webby Awards Honor LiveArea For Crocs Jibbitz™ Solution

BLOG

LiveArea and our work on Crocs’ Jibbitz™ Charm Personalizer has been honored in the Best Website Shopping category of the 24th annual Webby Awards. It is the 11th creative industry award we have received for our work on the digital tool.

Hailed as the “Internet’s highest honor” by The New York Times, The Webby Awards is the leading international awards organization honoring excellence on the Internet. This is the second consecutive year LiveArea was selected as an honoree by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, which sponsors The Webby Awards. Last year, we were honored in the Website category of best visual design aesthetic for our work with Anastasia Beverly Hills.

“Honorees like LiveArea are setting the standard for innovation and creativity on the Internet,” said Claire Graves, Executive Director of The Webby Awards. “It is an incredible achievement to be selected among the best from the 13,000 entries we received this year.”

18% increase in average order value

Crocs’ Jibbitz™ Charm Personalizer is an interactive digital tool designed for the popular shoe brand. Using the tool, customers can select, place, and purchase Jibbitz charms in a visual representation of Crocs clogs and sandals, personalizing shoes to show their unique style and creativity. The palette includes hundreds of charms across multiple categories, including symbols and sayings, well-known characters, emojis, food, letters and numbers, sports, and more.

The tool is attributed to an 18% increase in average order value and a double-digit rise in UPT (units per transaction) for those consumers who interact with the tool and shop for the popular shoe charms.

And that’s not all

In addition to The Webby Award, we have received seven AVA Digital Awards for the personalizer along with two Hermes Creative Awards and one Muse Creative Award.

“Bringing the Jibbitz Charm Personalizer to life has been an exciting challenge for LiveArea and plays to our strengths in elevating commerce experiences and creating more inspired customer interactions,” said Mark Moskal, Executive Creative Director for LiveArea.
