LiveArea Announces Salesforce Practice Lead for EMEA Region

Global customer experience and commerce agency LiveArea, a business unit of PFSweb, Inc. has appointed Sanjeev Desai as Salesforce Practice Lead for the EMEA region.

Desai has more than 20 years of experience in information technology, systems integration and digital consulting, with expertise in B2C and B2B commerce technology, omnichannel solutions and digital marketing automation. Desai is a specialist in the Salesforce multicloud environment, with considerable implementation and consulting expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CloudCraze.

Desai has established a track record of strategizing, designing and delivering eCommerce, omnichannel and marketing implementations throughout the UK and mainland Europe, having worked with leading brands and retailers including Disney, Tesco, ASDA and House of Fraser.

In a previous position, Desai was Director of Solution Consulting at Isobar Commerce (formerly Ecommera), responsible for overall solution engineering. This included eCommerce and omnichannel implementations across the various major platform technologies including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud and Oracle ATG.
